Riley Fundraiser
"Pennies for Patients" May 7-11
Monday – Hats Off to Riley – Wear a hat.
Tuesday – Helping a Friend – (twin day) – Dress like your friend.
Wednesday – Medical Career Day – Dress like what you’d like to be. (e.g. doctor, nurse, x-ray tech, pharmacist, veterinarian, etc.)
Thursday – Rope In to Riley – Wear western gear.
Friday – Color Me Healthy – (crayon day) – Wear items of all the same color.
Chess Club will begin in September for the 4th and 5th grade. Our school counselor is in charge of this program.
Mrs. Gregory has new and exciting things planned for the 2010-2011 Dino Club. Please check Mrs. Gregory's web site for specific information.
Mrs. Hageman and Mrs. Ingram at TCP are looking forward to another great year with the students in the "Go Figure" math club.
Mrs. Barker selects a few 5th graders to participate in the Honors Recorder Group. This is usually a spring time activity and the students play for the 5th grade completion ceremonies.
Mrs. Legler is the sponsor and will be working with 2-8 graders to learn conversational Spanish in a fun and relaxed atmosphere. They will meet on Tuesdays from 3:00-4:00 PM at TCP. Please check the school calendar for the dates. If there is no school, there will be no Spanish Club.
